Our garage floor installation process

Step 1: Preparing the Surface

We start by thoroughly cleaning and preparing the concrete surface. We grind every concrete surface before applying epoxy to ensure maximum adhesion and long-lasting durability. Using our Genie floor grinder, we create tiny grooves in the concrete (CSP 2-3), allowing the epoxy to bond properly. This step is crucial for a strong, even finish that won’t peel or lift over time. Grinding also levels the surface, removes old coatings, glue, or residue, and preps the floor for a smooth, flawless application.

Step 2: Laying the Moisture Barrier

Since your garage epoxy floor will be exposed to various elements, including moisture, we apply a moisture barrier before installing the epoxy coating. Step 3: Laying the Epoxy Coating
